The main products we produce are auto parts, motor vehicle accessories, engineering machinery parts, and the parts of containers and ships.100 percents of our products are exported, the main market lies in USA,Europe,Japan,etc.
Currently we have four forging lines.including 2500T/1600T hot die forging press made in Russia.400T/300T double plates friction press and more than 60 instruments of die processing,tooling processing ,machining,heat treatment,etc.the planned production capacity is 8000tons per year.
Main measuring equipment including chemical analysis instrument,hardness tester,metallurgical microscope.CMM,thickness measuring instrument, roughness measuring instrument, strength tester and magnetic inspection machine etc. we have passed TS16949 quality system audit in Oct.2007.
Forging products average FOB Qingdao price is about 11000yuan/ton.
